As per the minutes of meeting outlined here - http://groups.drupal.org/node/181804 by kvprashant , I would like to take forward the communication design for the event. If anybody is interested to join me for getting this done please provide me the RSVP on this thread. We can meetup anywhere around secbad area . I suggest Coffee day @ ashok bhopal chambers say in the evening tomorrow. By then Sandeep may have something for us to look at ...

Engage a requests platform
Thank you all for your feedback on the minutes of the meeting. I am glad to see the efforts being put on this camp. I was going through one of the threads and this thread really interested me. There was a request for sharing a success story. Probably there will also be challenges put forth from the business community, which can be catered to by the Drupal framework. What do you'll think about providing a platform for these requests. Something on the lines of FB stories. That way we can also showcase this to potential participants from the student, business and young professionals community. This can be part of the web and social media team. Please do share your thoughts on this.

Request for E-Flyer
An update from our side is, we were able to pitch for the venue and have also started mobilizing students for participation in the Hello Drupal! sessions. Our requirements are e-flyer (Hello Drupal!), poster (DrupalCampDeccan) and registration page (for Hello Drupal!). I guess the registration page is ready and we will be able to use it. I believe there are some changes in the flyer. It would be nice if you can send across the flyer ASAP. The community in Bangalore and Chennai are requesting for the same for these sessions.
