Hello, I would love to volunteer to help with this group. I have limited developer experience, but am learning now. I have a Master's of Project Management also. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to help?
Thanks!

Response to proposal
Reading your proposal, what seemed to me to be important but missing from the proposal was a good way to dialogue with the customer about development. The basic idea of agile is to get constant feedback and make continuous mid-course corrections, so it's important to have a good way to accept that feedback and respond to it.
On a previous job we used the spreadsheet feature of Google Docs to do this. The customers and the developers would put their comments about a particular feature in certain cells of the spreadsheet, so at any time we could all see how the project was progressing and see everyone's response to that progress. The customer was two time-zones east of us so it was nice to have the ability to update the spreadsheet from their location or ours. I don't know if there is a module for this yet but it would seem pretty straightforward.

Thanks!
I will implement your feedback into the proposal as soon as i can!
i will experiment with oa_sheetnode which could be the corresponding module for your approach. i will also experiment with other approaches to fullfill the scrum premises better
transparency
inspection
adaption
individuals and interactions over processes and tools
working software over comprehensive documentation
customer collaboration over contract negotiation
responding to change over following plan
in case you like musicians?
you might also want to help out the efforts for the pushtape distribution http://groups.drupal.org/node/178429 its a great example project for figuring out how to collaborativly develop community projects
