I agree that is better to have a "physical face to face" meeting to speedup the startup (poetry...)

Looks like we're on the right track!
Lots of great feedback at http://dc2009.drupalcon.org/node/4214 and already a firm suggestion for a meeting time on Friday 6th March in Washington at a BoF.
At that meeting we can lay the groundwork for a convening document and plan for a great IRC meeting when we all get back in the second half of March.
