Help with rule designating user's role

I have a rule with the following traits that doesn't work as expected.

If a field in the user's profile = "yes", then user's role should be set to "organization rep." This is not happening with the current settings. Does anyone know what is wrong here? Thanks.

Events:
After saving a new user account
After updating an existing user account

Conditions/Elements:
Data comparison
Parameter: Data to compare: [site:current-user:field..., Data value: Yes]

Actions/Elements:
Add user role
Parameter: User: [account], Roles: organization rep]
