Just another vote for Storm.
It requires a little bit of set up time to get it ready to present to clients, imo (the tickets have all the fields on them by default - overwhelming for someone who just wants to report a bug or put in a request) - but I started using it right away to get projects and tasks set up. It does a great job.

If it takes a bit of time to set up - please do feedback in the Storm group or the issues queue what bugs you about it. It might be that we can make some simple changes that will help you and many others.
