Hi folks,
DrupalCamp Colorado organizers plan to provide complimentary breakfast for attendees on both days of the conference and complimentary lunch on one day. Here are our choices and prices (paid for by DrupalCamp, of course):
Breakfast:
- PPA catered: Sunrise Breakfast at $5.50 per person. It includes assorted breakfast breads, pastries, bagels & croissants, butter and cream cheese. Coffee is $1 per cup. Total = $6.50-ish per person (if everyone drinks one cup of coffee).
- The other option is to just offer coffee in the morning, no breakfast, at $1 per cup.
Lunch:
- PPA catered: Economy Boxed Lunch at $9.00 per person. It includes a variety of turkey, ham, roast beef, and veggie sandwiches, and chips and cookie/bar. Soda is $1 per drink. Total = $10.00-ish per person (if everyone has one drink)
- Outside catered: Anthony’s pizza at $5.75-ish per person (depending on drinks). It includes 40 meat combo, 40 vegetable combo, and 10 cheese pizzas, averaging 2 slices per person for 400 people.
Conclusion:
It seems our best bet is to go with PPA catered breakfasts both days and Anthony’s Pizza for lunch on one of the days. Attendees are encouraged to go to lunch on the other day. Here is a link to a Google Map of dining options:

Virginia, These sound like
Virginia,
These sound like good options to me. I like the #1 option for breakfast and #2 option for lunch.
