I am looking to move my (dedicated) server from the US to a Canadian based one.
For local future business and to avoid some of the issues with US laws. And reasonably priced. I am not interested in a virtual server or a cloud based one.
Any recommendations? I am considering http://hosting-canada.ca so any feedback would be appreciated.

canadian servers recommendations
specific recommendations: rackforce (their main business is actually wholesale, do a lot for IBM, based in Kelowna, not moving or being sold any time soon, i've been with them for 5 years) and iweb (cheaper, based in Montreal, a bit more gimmicky imho, not so impressed with support).
general recommendations: The price of a server is low enough that getting the lowest price is probably a bad idea. The cost of a bad server is usually a lot more than the financial cost, e.g. wasted time when things go wrong, irritated clients/etc.
iWeb
iWeb is a Canadian company. I've had mixed experiences with their new Smart Servers, but good experiences in the past with their classic dedicated servers. Montreal-based, and decently priced.
