I'm looking for some advice on implementing these project management features for my website: http://timdiels.be/drupal/node/39#comment-37
It looks like I'll have to do some module coding to get this done, correct? If not, how would you do it then?
Note: I'm willing to contribute to one of the existing project management modules (Storm, Open Atrium, ...?).

Check out Storm Quick Time Tracking
I use Storm to organize my contacts, projects and billable hours. I also use the Quick Time Tracking to log my hours on different projects. And the ticketing system works well for my clients. They don't call or email, they fill out a ticket and I respond right away.
I also installed Storm for a client's website and they use it to organize their projects AND they manage a remote employee using the system.

I use Open Atrium + Case Tracker + Time Tracker.
I believe Time Tracker has a Timer submodule which might have what you need (I haven't used it). One nifty feature is you can create categories for what you're tracking (say, 15 hours for Application Support, 2 for Programming). You can attach a time estimate to a case and then record your real time logged (either once or in increments, via case comments). There are timesheets, too, but I haven't used them.
Case Tracker is a system of nodes and comments (each "case" is a node). These are attached to projects. I can close and reopen cases, select "feature" or "bug report", etc. If you want additional fields, you can create them with the CCK module (Open Atrium is unfortunately only available in Drupal 6.x).

I'll stick to Case Tracker on Drupal 6 for now, and probably add Time Tracker to that.
I'll have a go at Storm 6 and 7, and Quick Timetracking later.
