At the 7/'12 meetup we brought up the notion of using some kind of collaborative mind mapping software. It would serve individual projects, instructive pitches to potential clients, plus WNYDUG itself.

It's free and seems to have enough utility to do the job. I really like the ability to preview www links and attach Wikipedia articles.
