Git

Berdir's picture

The reason the git topic is not assigned to me is that I'm away in September.

I would actually like to talk about that, so if someone has a different topic that they want to present, please come forward and then we could move Git to October...

Quite a few of us were in Munich, maybe someone wants to present about a cool thing they've seen there (I guess Miro's talk with be more an overview/summary of the whole event). A spark demo might be cool, for example...

I try to come this time

Dominate the Theming Layer

cgalli's picture

In Munich there was this great presentation making the theme layer understandable for engineers. As we can't have git by Sascha I could step up and give a wrap up with some of the original slides. I have asked the author and he is ok with this.

Interested?

Muss leider passen...

Panels Module for in place Drag-and-Drop re-positioning

frederickjh's picture

At the end of Michael Schmid's presentation on Panels Miro Dietikers suggested he show us a module that allowed drag and drop positioning of panels. I cannot remember the name and even after searching through the first several pages of the 344 results for "panels" in the module section of drupal.org I cannot seem to find it.

Thanks to anyone that can tell me the name of the module!

In-Place Editor (IPE)?

futurist's picture

Hi Frederick

I believe that was Panels' own IPE In-Place Editor (IPE), included in Panels 7.x-3.x-dev. See http://drupal.org/node/1471190

Thanks everyone for the interesting talk and to MD-Systems for organizing.

Oliver

Too Bad

frederickjh's picture

That is too bad as it appears it has not been backported in to the 6.x-3x-dev version and I was hoping to be able to use this a a few D6 sites.
