I haven't gotten idea where to meet yet.
But I am meeting fellow drupal neighbor in my area at Joy City Mall tomorrow morning. :) I will ask his opinion in person.
I'm meeting at a coffee shop in the morning (I am not a coffee/beer drinker so little difficult to know a good happy hour venue out of my head).
You can suggest any place you like or prefer!!! Then we could poll and finalize(if we have choices to choose).
I could suggest the same coffee shop and I don't know if you like that or prefer a bar... :)
If you consider Costa, consider the following two. The first one is close to subway station, and open until 11pm. The second one is in Joy City (Chaoyang), and it's open until 10pm.

If there is no opposition on this timing for regular meetup(Happy Hour) then we will do "every last Wednesday of a month"
