A little help PLEASE

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I'm trying to get my head wrapped around the rules module and I've been searching for clues for 2 days now.

Scenario
I want to create a membership website that sells time based information
To bring prospective customers to the site I would like to show them information that our subscribers had access to but is no longer useful
That way they can see that at the time the information was published it would have been useful to them
I'm thinking the way to go is taxonomy by tagging the subscribers content as subscribed and the free content as free.
I'm using Taxonomy Access Lite to restrict content based on user roles so that only subscribers can see subscriber content but everyone can see the free content
Now I want an action that moves the subscribers content to the free content taxonomy say every 7 days
Now with rules I try to create a rule set with arguments content and taxonomy term but I have a problem adding the terms to the rule. Every time I get to the triggered rules to create an action it says something about unavailable arguments.
I tried first loading both terms but that didn't work
I don't know if I'm supposed to use a token and if so, how?
Is there any documentation that deals specifically with how rules arguments work? Because after scouring the drupal.org site I still can't find anything
Thanks in advance

I'm trying something similar but with paid members where every 7 days they get access to new content but not sure how to go about setting it up with rules?

Hi, I haven't tried this

Hi,

I haven't tried this myself, but I would think if you use the Node Expire to give the node an expiration date then create a triggered rule for "content expired", then you should be able to add a taxonomy term ("Load a term") to that node.
