We're really overdue for a
We're really overdue for a meetup. I think a big chunk of the Drupal community on the Island is centralized between UPEI and Discovery Garden working on Islandora, so we keep in touch through Islandora channels.
Big +1 for a meetup from me. I'd love to hear Kris Bulman speak about responsive theming, Aether, and Zen.
I'll volunteer to help organize if there's interest...

Yeah, I'm game for a meetup sometime, however my crunches lately don't really leave me with much time to spare!
I've been working on the twig template conversion for d8 a bit too, I'm actually really excited about the integration.

I'd be interested in this too. We could just have an open informal discussion over a beer. I'd be open for little hackatons in the future as well - pick a module and go trough it's issue queue to fix bugs for example. I think that would be interesting as well. I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of drupal.org specific stuff lately.
If the crew isn't too big, I wouldn't mind hosting it at my place.
