How to create install profile based on OpenPublish?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I'm working on a new site that's supposed to be based Open Publish. We usually create an install profile for each site we're working on, but since Open Publish is already an install profile, I'm wondering how I can accomplish that in this case.

Any suggestions?
