October Dublin meetup

As mentioned at http://groups.drupal.org/node/215338, we are unfortunately no longer able to use Studio Rua's offices on Baggot Street, but 2 great alternatives have already been offered for November onwards!

For this month, I guess we'll just return to meeting in the Long Stone Pub as before (upstairs, 7pm).

However, I would like to propose that we follow in the Cork and Galway meetups footsteps, and move this month's meetup to either the Tuesday or Thursday, as Weds is Hallo'ween. Does that suit people? I would kinda prefer Tues myself as the pub won't be as busy and we're more likely to get space upstairs, but the Thurs works for me too.
