Since finalising the accepted sessions for DrupalCon Sydney, we've seen a big spike in ticket sales, and will be close to the venue capacity within the next couple of weeks, so don't miss out and register ASAP.

We're also very excited to announce a special Drupal Business Day on Wednesday February 6, that will focus on how you can deploy Drupal within large organisations. The day will include a keynote by open government advocate Pia Waugh, an international panel discussion including Phase2 Technology's CEO Jeff Walpole (Whitehouse.gov, Al Jazeera, Washington Post), and case studies from Flight Centre and SBS on their experiences switching to Drupal.

The Drupal Business Day is ticketed separately at only $195, and is targeted at decision makers looking to learn from leading organisations who've adopted Drupal, and for networking opportunities with like-minded professionals during the fully catered lunch and break-out sessions. Limited tickets are available for Drupal Business Day now »

Also running on Wednesday February 6 will be three specialist Drupal training courses from some of the world's leading Drupal firms, including Commerce Kickstart with CommerceGuys, Blue Collar Git with DrupalEasy, and Plan, Build, Launch: Real-World Drupal from Lullabot.

DrupalCon training is priced at $440 per course, with tickets available online.

Only 70 days to go!

As some of you may have seen,

As some of you may have seen, Dries Buytaert announced yesterday that they've decided to run a "Feature Completion Phase" for Drupal 8 to coincide with DrupalCon Sydney, which will mean a lot of attention on the code sprint: http://buytaert.net/drupal-8-feature-freeze-extended

We've also had a big surge in ticket sales in the past couple of days, and are likely to sell out the venue capacity much sooner than anticipated. Grab your ticket now at http://sydney2013.drupal.org/register

If you're an accepted speaker or sponsor, please also make sure you've registered with your free ticket coupons so we have a clear idea of final numbers.

Thanks!
