There's no DrupalACT meetup for December - but there is drinks. In a break with tradition, these will be held on the second Tuesday in December, the 11th, from 5.30pm at the Realm Hotel in Barton.
If you've not been to a DrupalACT meetup before, please do attend drinks anyway. I'll be wearing my electric blue Drupal Association t-shirt.
2013 brainstorming
For early arrivals, from 5pm, we'll be doing some 2013 planning, as well. If you have an interest in how DrupalACT runs in 2013, this is your opportunity to get involved.

Volunteer Drupal Help?
Hi Drupallers in Canberra,
I help to run a small charity and we are using Drupal (see-change.org.au). I love the CiviCRM platform, but the volunteer who originally set it up for us has disappeared, and we're getting dangerously behind the times with the version we're running (currently running 2.2.5). This is leading to security issues with new users/contacts. I've asked around and been told it could take many hours of work to update to new version, but I've no idea how to get in touch with someone who could do this. I'm sorry to crash your Christmas Drinks page, but I couldn't work out how else to post. Would someone be interested in helping us with this project? Please contact Anne at office@see-change.org.au if you can give us a hand or direct us to the right place to advertise.

Im sure there are lots of people just itching to help with this, but you might not reach too many from this page... In the top right of the page you should see the Australia group settings, with the option to post a new Job or Discussion. I suggest you try that, as it will reach the whole group that way.
