Critical 7.x Search Issues, now is the season

It's not yet too late, but it's close. I think that we can still get all of these in, if we can get them to RTBC soon. Please help. Some of these are critical and will hold up the 7.x release, but the multilingual and usability issues have a limited time left after which they'll need to wait for 8.x.

Here's a link for all critical 7.x search issues:

• http://drupal.org/node/335928 and http://drupal.org/node/511594 - are both needed for multilingual support. If we don't get these fixed within the next week or so, they probably won't make it. That would be unfortunate to ship a 7.x that still doesn't support multilingual well.
• http://drupal.org/node/569536 - Horrible search indexing problem, I think I have the fix, but it needs a review or two before RTBC
• http://drupal.org/node/581594 - this simpletest needs to get in, it catches 3 different bugs I recently found. It would be nice to first get the above patch committed, then reroll this one, then get this committed, but please review this test, and possibly add to it.
• http://drupal.org/node/550742 - important Usability issue without a patch yet.
• http://drupal.org/node/568350 - Usability issue that I've spent some time on, would be nice to get additional usability reviewers comments, if we can't get the batch stuff in, we absolutely need to strip out the batch changes and get the pure usability changes in.
