So I am looking for someone who knows a bit about Drupal coding and wants learn Drupal 8 while pair programming with me. You need to be in Vancouver. Salary... that’s not really in the cards. However, the win for me is to become more efficient and if I can make enough core progress to take side gigs, we can share on those.

Amazing Opportunity
First of all, the thought of pair programming with you is worth me moving to Vancouver! Heck, I would even do that for free ;)
Second, I am a very strong supporter of PPwD and encourage my team to do it as much as they can. That said, PPwD is prob the best way for remote teams to feel less remote -> 2 devs screen sharing and chatting can increase productivity 100 fold and lead to less regressions.

I would sign up if I was in Vancouver full time. Pair programming is awesome, and more exposure to D8 is a good thing right now. Good luck finding someone, whoever you find will be a very lucky coder!
