Commettee Content Type

Not sure how to start this so here it goes. I have been playing with Drupal for a short while. I know just enough to get started but not what to do when I get stuck. I am developing a site for an NA committee. I am looking to create a committee content type. This content type should allow one group to have one or more locations (where they meet) and at each location some groups meet several times a week or even a day.

What I have done so far is create three content types Committee, Locations and Meetings. I had planned to use entity reference and reference the meetings in the locations content type and then reference locations in the committee content type. It would seen that I would have to create the meetings first or I get error because I don't have a meeting for Drupal to reference.

As I am typing this a thought come to mind I may attempt to use Webform to create this information. I can create the form but not sure if I can use geolocation in webform to gather map information.

I am open to any thoughts or suggestions from anyone.
