AwwaRF is looking for a “Content Management System Coordinator” to administer our Stellent content servers. (Stellent was recently acquired by Oracle – see www.stellent.com)
Stellent's product is a web service and is comprised of components and IDOC script. The cms coordinator would interact with the system thru these components, scripts, and pre-built Java administrative applets.
The nature of this job involves:
• optimizing the system, installing patches and updates
• testing the system and replicating content
• working with Stellent cms applets via a browser or stand-alone utilities to manage the repository, update/fix content data, view server logs
• coordinating development and support efforts with our Stellent development partner and Stellent/Oracle Support via support tickets, web-ex, remote desktop and phone
• training end-users
• setting user permissions, security, roles
• metadata setup and refinement
• thinking thru workflow and business processes
• staying informed on the Stellent product via user groups, webcasts, training manuals, etc.
