A partner in webdesign

Hi everyone.
I have been trying to get my head around Drupal for a couple of months now and am finding it rather daunting. Lets say first off I am not a web designer or programmer, I am an entrepreneur and businessman with many interests. I have some commercial websites I want to build and my limited HTML abilities don't translate into what will be needed for these sites.
Now, I could just employ someone but I don't want to do that. Which is why this post is not in Jobs.
What I would really like is a partner to work with me on developing these sites. A partner means that we both invest sweat equity to get it going, but both share the rewards when it is producing. I will cover all the costs for hosting, etc, and the offline marketing that will need to be done, like advertising etc, so I am not looking for anyone with cash. I just want your abilities.
I live in Putney London, and since I like to work with people, not just someone on the end of a skype call, I would prefer someone in the London area.
I envisage us meeting up one a week to go over progress and map out what we need to do, so we need to be within easy travel distance of each other.
