What: Sandcamp.org planning meeting

Who: Anyone interested in joining the Sandcamp website team.
Please come join us at the SageTree office for more planning of SANDcamp 2014.
The date is set for SANDcamp: 1/23/14-1/26/14
On Aug 21st we discussed possible venue locations and the current team voted that the Marina Village of San Diego will be the first candidate.
The following are milestone goals for SANDcamp:
- Static Content--> Oct 1
- Handle Sponsors--> Oct 1
- Register Users/Attendees--> Oct 1st
- Take Session Submissions--> Dec 1
- Vote on Sessions--> Dec 15
- Build Schedule--> Jan 7th
