Facebook Conversion Pixel Tracking Question

I'm looking for some info on how to add the JS script supplied by Facebook for pixel conversion tracking but I cannot find anything about how to implement it on a page by page basis

basically the pixel conversion tracking is a piece of script that needs to be inserted between and of a page
I need the ability to modify it per node not in the php.tpl file so that each page can have its own code as required.

The site in question is D6. are there any modules like Nodeword for meta tags that allow the insertion of a script on a per node basis?

I'd normally put it in the node tpl but you could try https://drupal.org/project/cpn

it has to be able to be different for every node

so the node.tpl wont work unfortunately
the code per node looks good - thanks a lot!

For anyone that may find this thread from a google hit, there is a module for Facebook Tracking pixels now. https://www.drupal.org/project/facebook_tracking_pixel
