Map Sharing

As a validated user, I want to be able to draw and share custom maps.

Example: Identifying old photos
I'm using Drupal to host historic photographs. Often the location of the photo isn't clear, so the discussion in the comments will say things like "Was the photographer standing at A, B or C?", "No, I think the line of site is like this".
Some users will use photoshop to mark up screen captures of Google Maps to explain what they're talking about. A simple way to insert a map and add simple annotation into text will be a lot easier.
Several years ago I tried introducing the GMap module's Macro feature. It was only used by a few users that had a technical background. It was much better than nothing, but still was offputting to the average user.
