We'd like to see everyone come prepared to either pose a question/issue they've ran across in the past month or to share something cool/amazing they've discovered in the past month. There are plenty of questions out there, so let's make sure we know what they are so we can get them all answered at this month's meetup!!

DrupalCamp 2013 Retrospective: Let's hear how awesome it was!
Another Drupal NH Summit?: Mary says "It was suggested in our last Drupal Camp NH meeting that maybe we should have another summit meeting. At the summit we can wrap up the Drupal Camp NH 2013 and discuss a camp next year. I think we should also add Code Sprints to the discussion."

I've just stared a new job as an aide at a rehab center for adults wit acquired brain injury. One thing I've learned already is that their reporting system is a total mess... All on paper, few and poorly designed paper forms, and a lot of free form "data" entry that is mostly useless (actually worse than useless).
And the worst part is that there are 5 locations for this organization, so the communications and the tracking of a lot of very important data is spotty, at best.
Anyway... If there's interest, I'd love to do a little freestyle brainstorming on how a Drupal site might help improve or entirely replace the paper system.

Hey Roger - I won't be able to make it this month but one quick thought is that aside from "can it be done" (definitely), there is the privacy/HIPAA question -- which is not the same as PCI compliance but I suspect will have a lot of the same requirements or work to be done, some of which will be outside Drupal and involve security of the server etc. SSL is a must, private file system in Drupal, regular monitoring and updating of server software to guard against new exploits, a strong password policy for any accounts on the server and system, and so on. So my initial view is that this wouldn't be a simple project and it will probably require a good amount of work to secure the patient data that would be tracked, it would probably cost a decent amount of money to build and maintain a site like this. If you do it wrong and someone's confidential health information gets exposed, you can get in a lot of trouble. Anyway let us know what the outcome is and good luck...

Yeah... I'd considered that and it would absolutely have to be the first consideration. I'm hoping to explore what else has been done that's similar, and if there might be a distro of some sort that could give it a jump start.
Of course, the first real hurdle would be to convince decision makers to make a change of any sort to begin with. And then, even if we can move a small portion of the pile of paperwork to a database system—even the stuff that isn't patient-related or overly sensitive—staff schedules and communications... That would be a big step in the right direction.

First time
Hey guys, this will be my first time attending a drupal group meetup, And looking forward to it. I've got a bunch of questions regarding min-sites inside other sites, as well as localization and best practices when rolling it out in the corporate environment.

finally able to make it!
My schedule finally allowed me to attend a meet up. I have a lot of sites that I would love to port to drupal so I'm looking to soak up any best practices that I can. A while back I focused on the Open Enterprise distribution, but now I'm of the DIY mindset.
