We will be getting together at Droplabs from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm to get some hands-on experience building and customizing Features and learning to utilize Git as a team in a fast-paced code sprint.

We are helping OneDayCareer.org, a new mentoring organization focused on arranging one-day professional mentoring opportunities to college students, complete their Drupal website based on the DrobJobs installation profile. The site has progressed since the initial barn raising event and we will have a variety of tasks available for individuals and teams to tackle.

Everyone in the Droplabs Module Development Bootcamp course is invited as well as any other GLAD aficionados interested in learning Drupal Feature building and modification, custom module development, and GIT version control.

We are pleased to announce that OneDayCareer.org is one of the 20 projects honored with an invitation to the Technology Entrepreneurship Demo Day at Stanford University this year. Facing competition of more than two thousand teams around the world, it's a testament to the power of Drupal that we were able to have a working website completed in a matter of days with the help of the Droplabs Community. The One Day Career team wants to thank our mentors, Christefano Reyes and Lee Vodra of Exaltation of Larks as well as the Droplabs community that is helping us bring our vision of a mentoring program for the 21st Century into reality. We are very excited about the Code Sprint for the OneDayCareer.org website at Droplabs this coming Saturday, December 7th, and we are looking forward to implementing several of the website features that will make our organization a success. We need the assistance of developers, themers, graphic artists, writers and researchers to help us with our final push before the project will be presented at Stanford later this month and our public launch in early 2014
