A Get involved with core sprint will take place in Boston on December 7th, 2013. We’re still working on finding a venue around Boston/Cambridge, but we wanted to give the local community a heads up so you can mark you calendars for December 7th. The format of the day will be similar to the Get involved with core sprints that regularly happen at DrupalCons. All levels of contributors are welcome to participate, and we’re also looking for mentors to help newbies learn to navigate the issue queue, git, Drupal APIs, etc.
Stay tuned for the details which will be posted once we have a venue!

District Hall?
I highly recommend checking out District Hall, the City of Boston's new collaborative space in the seaport / "Innovation" district. It is open to the public for free, has good WiFi, whiteboard walls, and is generally designed specifically around the requirements for something like a code sprint. There are conference rooms also available if you e-mail them.

I'm looking forward to it wherever it is!

Hey there, happy to host the group at MassChallenge sometimes soon (actually right across the DistrictHall) - not sure if I can make Dec 7th happen though - how many people usually attend?
Best, Roman
thanks for the space suggestions
Hey @jstanton and @goofykern -
The innovation district has been on our shortlist. Thanks for reaching out. I'll round up our latest info and check in with you individually.
There has not really been a 'typical number of people' so far, but leaving ourselves open to up to 50 is useful. People naturally tend to divide up into smaller groups (say up to 20 in one group, then various other sizes), but it's all very organic.
