I think I could get a venue for free (catering might cost app 10 quid and getting a projector could involve costs as well). Would you be interested in a weekend Drupalcamp in Edinburgh? I can offer a few talks about website building, and Joachim also indicated he would do so.
The venue is at the RAF clubhouse at London Road, and the meetup/camp would be organised by a small consultant shop there and myself.
If you are interested please tell what sort of subjects you would like to hear about.

I'd be on for this if it doesn't clash with a fortnightly higher commitment I have.
I've been really amiss lately and haven't yet followed up on saying I'd see about a venue in Alloa nor got involved in attending / helping to get established the social meets which I'm keen on. (Looks like they haven't really been happening?)
Since the last one I attended I've come a long way with drupal and have now got my head around what was a total mystery to me at that time and am working towards getting my first drupal site out into the world.
So I could potentially do something on Panels 3 (with Views 2) if it's something people might be interested in and there's nobody else doing it.
But my fortnightly commitment is a hard one so if it clashes I won't be there.

I could do stuff on theming
I could do stuff on theming Views, Views handlers and plugins, or writing CCK formatters.
I could also do a bit on using drush, or features, or services, which I'm currently getting to grips with, but those would be more of a freeform collective exploration :)
