Drupalcamp or Regional Summit

Organised by veterans of the Drupal community, DropCamp welcomes you to the city of Enschede for a weekend filled with Drupal like you have never experienced before. We will come together in the first weekend of July to teach, learn, and do business about Drupal in a relaxing and social setting. The DropCamp village will be a place where you will breakfast with hardcore Drupalistas, find business opportunities, and share ideas and drinks with newcomers.

The University of Twente is located on the Netherlands' largest university campus, just outside the city of Enschede. The campus is home to 12,500 staff and students, offering numerous facilities; a supermarket, pools, sports facilities, cafes, restaurants, a hotel, and plenty more. It hosts some of the city's biggest events, such as the world's largest relay race, sports competitions, and festivals.

You can set up a tent or a camper van in the DropCamp village on the campus' camping grounds, or stay in one of the hotels on or next to the campus. If you are unable to bring a tent and want to be in the middle of the action, you are welcome in one of our cosy army tents.

The campus is located 500m from the nearest train station, between the cities of Hengelo and Enschede. These are serviced by direct connections to Berlin, Münster, and Dortmund, and semi- direct connections to Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The A1 motorway between Amsterdam and Berlin runs right by the campus and there are plenty of free parking spaces.

Is your company looking for new employees or challenging project, or do you just want to show your work to our attendees and contribute to DropCamp at the same time? View our sponsor guide to see how we can help you make the most of your presence at DropCamp!
