Reunião de Sábado dia 12 de Dezembro de 2009. Meetup of the 12th of December 2009.

Estiveram mais pessoas nesta reunião que na anterior, ainda que o João
Melo não tenha podido deslocar-se de Coimbra para estar presente, mas
que ligou para manifestar o seu interesse na iniciativa e vontade de
fazer mais.

Depois desta conversa em roda livre acerca do drupal e temas afins
tratamos da questão do Drupalcamp e da organização dos meetups. Chegámos
às seguintes conclusões:

1. Vamos usar o grupo aqui no g.d.o ao máximo. É aqui que está a
   comunidade do Drupal e deve ser este o nosso ponto de partida.
2. Usar o #drupal-pt sempre que houver ocasião para debater coisas
   concretas, como datas de eventos ou outras questões relevantes para
   a comunidade portuguesa do Drupal.
3. Organizar dois drupalcamp para o ano que vem:
   1. Um primeiro no final de Março (fins de semana 20-21 ou 27-28).
   2. Um segundo em Outubro em data ainda a definir.
4. O João Ventura ficou com a responsabilidade de contactar pessoas no
   ISCTE e Caixa Mágica sobre a possibilidade de eles serem os
   anfitriões do nosso primeiro drupalcamp.
5. Eu e o Hernâni ficamos com a responsabilidade de contactar o
   Técnico para averiguar da disponibilidade de ser lá o
   drupalcamp.
6. O Olaf tem já um esquiço do site para o drupalcamp. A evolução para
   o design final é feita a partir deste esquiço que serve de
   aproximação inicial. O João Belchior, eu e o Olaf vamos trabalhar
   nisso.
7. O site será uma coisa simples para já com uma form (feita usando o
   módulo webform, por exemplo) para as pessoas se inscreverem. O site
   fica alojado em drupalcamp-pt.org e também em
   drupalcamplx2010.drupal-pt.org
8. Vamos manter a periodicidade mensal das reuniões. Datas possíveis
   para a reunião de Janeiro: 9 de Janeiro ou 16 de Janeiro. Vamos
   também estruturar mais as reuniões com apresentações informais
   acerca de coisas drupal e afins.
9. Estamos em demanda de um espaço para organizar estas reuniões onde
   tenham um projector. Eu trato do registo audio, e a ideia é
   libertar podcasts das apresentações com slides, se os houver.

There were more people in this meetup, notwithstanding that João Melo
could not come from Coimbra to attend. He phoned to acknowledge his
interest in the event and will to do more.

After this freewheeling conversation we moved on to the subject of
Drupalcamp Lisbon and meetup organization. We've arrived at the
following:

1. We'll use the group here at g.d.o to the most. It's here that the
   drupal community is and this must be our starting point.
2. Use the #drupal-pt IRC channel always there's the need for debating
   subjects related with the portuguese Drupal community at large.
3. Organize two drupalcamp next year:
   1. A first one in the end of March (weekends of the 21st-22nd or 27th-28th)
   2. A second in October in a date to be defined.
4. João Ventura accepted the responsibility of contacting persons at
   ISCTE and Caixa Mágica about their receptivity to hosting the event.
5. I and Hernâni both have the responsibility of contacting Instituto
   Superior Tećnico about their receptivity to being the host of the event.
6. Olaf already has a rough draft of the site for drupalcamp. The
   evolution towards the final design is done from this draft that is
   an initial approximation. João Belchior, I and Olaf will work on this.
7. The site, for the time being, will be quite simple with a form for
   signup and a poll. The site is to be hosted at drupalcamp-pt.org
   and drupalcamplx2010.drupal-pt.org
8. We'll maintain the monthly frequency of the meetups. Dates for the
   next meetup: 9th of January or 16th of January. The meetups are
   to be more structured with informal presentations on all things
   drupal and related.
9. We are looking for a space to host the meetups that can provide us
   with a video projector. I'll be in charge of the audio recordings,
   the rationale being to release podcasts and slides when available.
