SANDcamp 2015 - Never to early to start

Right after our last SANDcamp (if you missed it, it was great) we began working on SANDcamp 2015. We've started meeting every 2-3 weeks as our schedule permits to get a new, clean camp site up in plenty of time.

First: Everyone is welcome to participate in planning, attending and enjoying SANDcamp. It's a good way to get to know the community and also to get known. The planning for the next several months is only about the website while toward the end of the year it will be more event planning.

Next meeting is at Stone on May 13 at 6 pm. If you'd like to storyboard, develop user stories, drink beer and write content, you might enjoy this. Agenda for next meeting is architecture as it relates to:

Sprint 1 for Sponsorship Workflow

1. (Savino) Prep and deploy new site on SANDcamp.org
Archive of 2014 now sitting on http://dev-sandcamp2014.gotpantheon.com
Install base theme
Commerce + related modules

2. (Andrew, Jake, Susan) Sponsor workflow finalized:
login with old account OR just signup for sponsor
reads through sponsor page OR just clicks sponsor button (http://sandcamp.org/2014/sponsor-sandcamp)
selects the right price point
adds to carts
checks out and pays via cc or check
gets assigned role on completion of checkout
gets redirected to their node
gets access to sponsor node via dashboard as a tab or block
fills out page, can save as draft or publish
site admins are notified of new sponsor page when published (add to camp dashboard)
site admins are notified of new checkout (add to camp dashboard)

2b. Sponsorship levels (images added to discussion)

Leviathon (Platinum + $2500 + 18' table space)
Kracken (Gold + $1200 + 12' table space)

Description (body + filtered html)
Address fields (address 1 + address 2 + city + state + zip)
Can add second address location
Related attendees = user reference, shows name + photo on sponsor page
Website
Company Twitter (@name)
Company Linkedin page
Logo (web) = required field
Logo (high res) = required field
Hiring (y/n)
Nice to have: years of sponsorship

Related attendees = 100x100 thumbnail + link to profile + name

3. (Doug) Site content
Create site map on Google doc and add link to here
Indicate which content is okay to go, which needs refresh, which needs rewrite
Once Savino is completed with task #1, add content to new SANDcamp.org site

4. (Rich) Users
Once Savino is completed with task #1, add users to new site
Create "Community" page for all users
Create "Attending" page for those that sign up this year
