Join us at the June meeting of the Maine Drupal User Group.

Drupal Distributions: How they work, and why you should be using them.

Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Energy Circle, 81 Bridge Street (Sparhawk Mill), Yarmouth, Maine, 04096

Eric Napier (Miles Partnership) and Thomas Scola (Energy Circle) will discuss the architecture of Drupal distributions, and talk about some specific distributions you might be interested in, such as Commerce Kickstart, Open Atrium, Panopoly, and CiviCRM Starter Kit.

This is the first meeting of the re-started southern Maine Drupal user group, so if you build Drupal sites, come to the meeting for pizza, beer and conversation, even if distributions isn’t your thing. We will be interested in suggestions for future topics and speakers, and just getting in touch with other Drupal developers.

Parking / finding the meeting: There is a gravel driveway on the left side of the mill building that leads down to a parking area behind the mill. Park there, and go up the exterior staircase on the back side of the building, right at the end of the parking lot. We’re on the third floor. You can also come in the front, if you want.
