I am new to this and I need help learning this well.
Kudos to the community, everyone is soo open and willing share guidance. The meetups are great, the sharings at Muddy are awesome!.. But let’s face it, not everyone possesses the same gifts when it comes to learning. Some people, like me, need a little hand holding to start our path to Drupal Greatness.
How / Where / When / can we have a few training classes for beginners. I’ll pay someone to teach me and help me out. I want to learn this the right way, develop the right habits and use best practices from day 1. No book, or video can give you that.
I am truly moved by the generosity of the community and surprised by how hard it is to find a training class to get started. I think this is a opportunity for someone who may want to make a few dollars. I can help recruit more people and select a book for the curriculum..

Pablo, I'd be interested in attending learning. I've been "at it" with Drupal for almost 3 months and am already on my 3rd site version. For me it's a slow learning process when I catch a few spare hours. Last month's NH meetup was a big help even just for the feedback on what works, what doesn't, what to stay away from, etc. That's in addition to the "usual" fare of someone sharing info on what they've done or how they've done it. Miche's point regarding a 1-day event would be fabulous. I may not be able to offer "ninja" techniques but I could show/discuss my Drupal journey and make coffee or do room cleanup to help out ;)

Miche and I are both interested in organizing some form of Drupal training camp/class/something, and we're planning on discussing this at the next meetup (Jan 14th, see posted event)... so please come and give input. We'll figure out topics people want most (cck and views are likely the most popular ones), and when/when/howmuch/etc...
