Bonfire
If the weather and the insect community cooperates, we'll have a small bonfire too. (Its a fire pit in the middle of the garden that we can all gather around.) So you may want to bring some garden-type chairs, and maybe your favorite marshmellow stick.

I have lots of cucumbers from someone at work so I'll bring a garden salad and pasta salad.

I think all we need is beverages (otherwise you're looking at water, tea, and maybe some 4-H KoolAid). Some chips or some sort of snack would be good too. (Alternative snack ideas: Veggie sticks, donuts XXX, popcorn, ...)

Do you need any tables?? I have 2 folding tables I can bring. If I can find the cover to my canopy I'll bring that too.

I can't imagine the group
I can't imagine the group requiring the dozen or so tables that we already have! But thanks for offering!
It turns out that the Farmers market is also tomorrow, so we'll have extra tables and at least one canopy should we want them. (They may still be unloading the truck at 1pm if people should arrive early.)
Also, our farm store is open tomorrow afternoon, so there may be some customers coming and going during the event (they'll be in the store while we'll be wandering around). Someone else will be manning the store while the event is going on.
And if tomorrow morning's parade goes overtime, then some of "us" will be late - but I should be here all day Saturday (I'm not walking in the parade).

And the coast is clear. We're ready anytime you are!
