Problem with Open atrium 2 workflow.

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I got the latest version of Open Atrium Workbench module from github and used the make file with drush to bring about all the relevant modules and patches to enable me to achieve a multistage proposal submission workflow. I have a number of stages that the proposal has to go through before it gets published. The author is a researcher who creates the proposal and sets its moderation state from "draft" to "needs review by deputy director". The deputy director then has the option of either setting it back to "draft" or to "needs review by director". The director can either send it back to "draft" or to "needs DVC review". The DVC can either send it to "published" or back to "draft". I have gone through the recent Workflow webinar and went ahead and created my own custom content type called proposal. I made this a group content and enabled revisions and moderation and I'm sure I chose the correct moderation profile. I also panelized the proposal content type to resemble the documents page used by Mike Potter in the webinar. After I set up everything, the researcher is able to create the proposal as required and set the moderation state to "needs deputy director review". But after that the moderation form is not visible to anyone else including the administrator. I checked and rechecked the drupal permissions and the space permissions but they all seem to be fine. The administrator who has full rights in the space and also in the drupal side also cannot be able to moderate the proposal content type after the researcher has created. I have also gone into the code to see if the 'Workbench Information' block was missing something, but the code seems to create the block well enough. Why has the moderation form disappeared completely for all users in my test site? Please help.

Does Open Atrium requier a dedicated website?

If we are running our public website on Drupal 7, can we also run a staff Intranet on the same server, with the same domain, but unique path/address? Such as public site beagle.org and intranet at beagle.org/intranet.

Thanks,

Open Atrium
