- A mentoring program. All the best contributors on drupal.org have a list of mentors on their profile.
- A learning curriculum that lists everything you should master to be a good _________ (back end, themer, builder, front end, core/contrib contributor). Then choose mentors who can help you get where you're going. For each topic, link to existing good education content or create it in our monthly meetings and link to it for the entire Drupal community to use.
- Use Opigno (Drupal LMS) to provide a Utah DUG Drupal Proficiency Certification where people can pay $50 to take the test that's driven by the edu materials in the last point. Help raise funds for the group and give people a cert.
