Nonprofit Web Strategy Assessment Tool from DrupalCon Community Summit

We had a great discussion today about nonprofits at the LA DrupalCon convention. We put together a first draft of a Nonprofit Web Strategy Assessment Tool. Rather than try to develop an automated solution, we envision this tool as something that a consultant could use with a nonprofit to help them assess if Drupal is a good fit and if so, what modules would be useful and what specific solution.

Our hope was to draw on the experience of those who have worked with nonprofits around our table and both what worked and what did not work.

Retainer vs. As-needed Basis ???

Nice work all! [D'oh, I always miss the meeting notices before it is too late.]

Perhaps it is a byproduct of the "how to manage site" question. But, discussion regarding organization's desire for professional services via retainer or as-needed basis might be worthwhile. I fear that too many nonprofits don't think this through.
