This is an Open Discussion session about Drupal.
We will do a Table Topic.
Principle : Each table will have a predefined topic to be discussed. Every body switches table after a 30-minute discussion.

7.00pm: Dinner (pay-your-own) & networking
7.30pm: Table topic
9.00pm: End of meetup, more networking

Sounds like fun!
Hi Luc,
I was caught by the original and refreshing idea of doing topics per tables and switching around... sounds like fun and good networking, making things more interactive.
By breaking down the crowd into smaller discussion groups, I would be hoping to lower down a bit the "shy" barrier of many of the participants to our local meetups.
It would be fantastic if you could please share with us some of the topics that you used for example, for various tables?
I would be curious to see if this could potentially be adapted for some of our local events.

Great way to make productive discussions
Hey Dave,
Exactly like you said, it helps making people less shy. I was actually surprised / glad hearing the opinion of someone who is always quiet about drupal. So it really works! Another good point, it helps you guiding the conversation. I wanted some issues to find some possible answers and I think we succeeded.
The limited time of 20/30 minutes sounded fair, so people have time to say what they want and don't get bored.
Topics we used (my goal was to get some ideas on how to solve / answer those questions) :
- Drupal in Cebu : Conversation went to "How can we get the interest of new people ?"
- Drupalcamp Cebu 2015 : Conversation went to "Should we announce something already ?" and "Name companies, that you think, could sponsor the event (big or small)"
Tips:
- I actually printed the topics and placed on the table. Switch the paper on another table when the time is up.
- Take notes of what people are saying if you are looking for possible answers like me.
