I am urgently looking for a hierarchical multi level multi select dropdown menu similar to the Drop Button 2 at http://www.bosin.net/ng/index.html or does someone know whether we can implement this menu on Drupal ?

You need a custom module
@Ivor van Rensburg, with superfis and megamenu might not be a solution. You have to develop a custom module for your exact requirement like http://www.bosin.net/ng/index.html or you can try with taxonomy also.
