Hi All!!

I am waiting to hear back from UNHM about our location. It sounded really promising! In the mean time, I made a website and a twitter account :)

Please, click through it and offer your two cents. I will not be offended and am looking forward to your critique. Feel free to create an account, but note that you will not be able to purchase a ticket ($5) until I open that up.

Keep in mind the website todo list:
--Once I get the Venue
* update twitter account with website
* set role limits
* change header date
* change ticket image
* update location page
* update about page with count
* if we have enough $, about page needs to be updated about lunch
--Modules and Configurations
* HTML purifier
* Permissions Audit
* test Ubercart
* link Ubercart to new paypal account
* test Role Limits with ubercart
* Site mod
o Export content types
--Content
* most content needs to be tweaked
--Theming
* Sessions table should expand to show content rather than linking to node

You are probably wondering why it went from free to $5. After much discussion, it was decided that charging a nominal fee would discourage no-shows. And now maybe we can order pizza for everyone...

In the very near future (as soon as we have a maximum attendee count), we will need to finish getting sponsorships. If you are interested in helping me with that, please let me know. I already have a list of our needs.

We also need to create a more detailed syllabus and find teachers. I propose an additional meet-up to discuss the syllabus. If you are interested in participating with that planning or presenting, please let me know!

Thank you much!!
