Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Drupal Scotland to be held on 7th November 2015 during the closing session of DrupalCamp Scotland 2015.

Motions
Motions must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupal.scot) not less than 7 days before the meeting.
Election
The election of the committee will take place during the day of the 7th. Each delegate to DrupalCamp Scotland will be issued with a voting sheet and voting will remain open until 2pm. The vote will be conducted using the PR-STV method. If 7 or less nominations are received then no election will take place and those people will automatically be elected.
Nominations
Nominations for election to the committee must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupal.scot) not less than 7 days before the meeting. The nomination must include a paragraph about the nominee which will appear on the voting sheet.

Three nominations were received for elections to the committee and therefore no election will take place and the nominees are automatically elected to serve the next year on the committee. The committee for 2015/16 will be:
As there were fewer than seven nominations the committee will discuss co-options to fill the vacancies at their first meeting. If you are interested in being co-opted please email info@drupalscotland.org stating how you could help further the work of Drupal Scotland by being part of the committee.
