Calais failed to recognize pronoun reference.

I completely understand how Calais overlooked the pronoun reference since the person was being referred to by his last name rather than full name. However, this is common in journalism and Calais is going to have to solve this problem before I implement it. Granted I'm very grateful to them for supporting Phase II in this project, OpenPublish -- I'm not sure if they are sponsoring the continued development. I hope they are because I can't afford too. Still the system needs to be mission critical at this point. Especially if I'm going to use this example how great and wonderful the system is to a potential client.

I'm not complaining I'm because Phase II has built the best system for me to use free or not. I'm just frustrated that it isn't the best it can be. I'm including the screen shot so you can see what happened.
