Andrew thought that a review of what made it into Drupal 6 would be in order. Also we can just do problem solving sessions.
Bus Projects needs the main space at 8pm, so at 7:45 we will move to the Kitchen or the near by Produce Row Cafe/Pub (groups choice)

My Vote
I vote for a meeting. I am just starting to move two sites over to Drupal (see job posting) and would love to pick people's brains. Where will the meeting be held?
Don
Meeting place = Bus Project
Should still be Bus Project.
I'll double check with Garrett to be sure the space is available

Drupal 6?
Is anyone interested in seeing an installation and demo of Drupal 6? I'd be willing to spend a few minutes on that.
heck yeah
definitely!
I'm always interested in
I'm always interested in anything related to successful nonprofit/advocacy/campaigns using Drupal, particularly with CiviCRM or another database conjoined with an email function.
I got the sense from a couple people at the last meeting that they might be interested in getting together a separate meetup for those working on or interested in advocacy oriented stuff. If anyone is interested get ahold of me and let's talk about setting something up.
I know it would have been great to talk about this at the bus project meeting.. next time, I guess

nonprofit/advocacy/campaigns
That's primarily where I do my work, although I do a few small businesses as well. I'd used CiviCRM some in the past, but until a few months ago had never used it heavily. We're now using it for both the volunteer/supporter database, but also for CiviMail. It took a while to get all the settings right, but it's great to have an open source solution like this one.
Too many of the big companies that host this kind of service are extremely expensive, and definitely have different views on issues than we do.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to make the meeting, as I have a 5 year-old who obviously can't stay home by herself.

Flexynode -> CCK
Hey great meeting guys, it was very cool to see the group help members with the issues they were having w/ Drupal.
Towards the end some mentioned using a module for converting flexynode's to cck and that they had good success. Do you have a link to the one you used? (and any words of wisdom from the experience)
cheers,

Flexinode->CCK
Lennon was the one that found and used the module: Flexiconvert - http://drupal.org/project/flexiconvert
As far as we can tell, it worked exactly as advertised with no apparent issues.
what's the location?
i haven't been before, and it's not clear from the thread.
