- Friday breakfast setup (2 people needed)
- Ice chests with a bag of ice (4 needed) - Chuck
- Friday registration table (4 people needed) - Derek
- Friday lunch setup (4 people needed) - Amanda, Maye
- Social media
- A/V specialist (bring recording equipment)
- Emcee Beardo will do it if no one else volunteers
