Central Denver January Meetup: Tuesday, February 23, 2016

Agile is about as polarizing as Donald Trump—people either love it or hate it. In this talk, Andy Walters makes the case for loving it by uncovering the fundamental reasons agile works for developers. He’ll cover the biggest reasons projects fail and how agile addresses them. Specific topics include prototyping, estimation, scrum concepts (standups, sprints, timeboxing, etc.), the much-debated concept of story points, and how your organization can become agile. A group discussion will follow.

Pizza and socializing starts at 6:30 p.m. Discussion and presentations start at 7. At 8:30 we'll head down to Renegade Brewing to continue hanging out.
