Possible changeups to the Front End Drupal Meetup

I have been hosting the Front End meetup for about a year now and I would like community feedback on an idea that I have.

I would like to change the Front End meetup to long meet every other month. At the same time I would like to start a Drupal Ladder group going every opposing month.

In Long Beach I was helping to organize a "Lets Contribute Together" meetup, which was essentially a Drupal Ladder group. I think getting involved with core is a great way to learn about Drupal and getting involved in the issue queue is a great way (especially for jr devs or those starting with open source) to get involved with the Drupal community.

The day of month and time would remain the same, the schedule would just switch to:

Front End meetup
Lets Contribute Together
Front End meetup
Lets Contribute Together
Front End meetup
Lets Contribute Together
Front End meetup
Lets Contribute Together
... and so on

Please give me your comments, thoughts, ideas about this.
