During the DrupalCamp London 2017 with a group of campers we discussed the need of an April/May local sprint.
In order to find the best day we opened a poll for you to be able to add your availability, so we can find the best day(s) with the - hopefully :) - highest attendance.

There isn't yet a fixed deadline for the poll, but in order to give time to organise the venue please tell us your date as soon as possible.

It's looking like the 13th & 27th May are the most popular dates so far.

(Monday 29th is bank holiday so I'm imagine people could have a long-weekend out, affecting Sat 27th availability)
For the global sprint we focused on helping experimental modules to make progress/be stable before 8.4 beta release. This could be the main topic maybe?
And them I'm sure most of us have several issues needing review, so we can also may be share these and try to make progress on them too.
I'm going to ask to the Events team here at Manifesto if the studio is available for that day, but I'm quite sure that will be OK.

I would like to participate in the Sprint, but it would be my first one, so I have not much experience in solving issues or commiting patches.
And I am also quite new to Drupal 8, I am still using D7 and also D6!!!
So if I could make it once the day is sorted I would like to join you and learn a little bit and maybe contribute back.
