Congrats on getting the podcast back up! And happy birthday ;)
I think it´s fun, love the opening (and the laughs; you´ve not made too many of them overall which I would find annoying at some stage) and I find it informative. The length is a good fit for me as well, perfect way-to-work/airplane-flight length. In terms of marketing for your agency, you´ve probably considered to get your
team onto other pods such as codenewbie or the software engineering radio. And, forgive me if I do note that, since I did not bother to check: get exposure on upwork for your agency. I´m still puzzled how many agencies feel "too good" to put themselves on upwork, but there´s simply significant demand there and while you do need to commit resources to qualifying leads properly, it still pays off in my point of view. I think I need to write a post/reminder for those folks here some day. Anyway - good luck and best of success!!!
