Who's hiring in Portland?

Inspired by the "Who's hiring?" threads at YC News and picking up from a similar "Who's hiring?" post in the Spring, I'd like to try something similar here.

(Yes, there's also a pay-to-play Drupal job board, but there has only been one job in Oregon posted there in the last 30 days.)

Feel welcome to post a comment about your position, and please include the location of the position and keywords (ONSITE, REMOTE, FREELANCE, INTERNSHIP, etc.) so that others can easily find positions relevant to them. A one-sentence summary of your interview process would also be helpful.

The Mercy Corps Software Engineer- Web Applications will provide technical development and support for Mercy Corps’ intranet (Drupal), including other applications that support knowledge management and collaboration. S/he will develop and support related tools that facilitate the work of staff in pursuit of the organization’s objectives, within the general framework of the intranet and other primary web based forums. The Engineer will also analyze the business and information needs of field programs and cross-functional areas of the organization, in order to develop solutions to business problems.
